I walked pass the mirror
Didn't want to see
The person that was smiling
And waving back at me
I stepped back and blinked my eyes
Then I shook my head
I was drawn to take a closer look
A voice I heard instead
Good Morning
How are you Ruth
Haven't seen you in a long time
I use to see you often
And my
How your face would shine
You use to sing so happily
I could listen to you for days
Sometimes you'd stand in the mirror
And pray
And pray
And pray
Ruth
What happen to that person
Who's smile would warm the sun
What happen to the woman
Whose life had just begun
Why did you leave me
Why are you so blue
I'd cross a thousand deserts
Just to talk with you.......

Heart"

This poem was written when I
was trying
to find the true meaning of
my life.
I was lost on a path and
searching for
Truth and in my search some
how I lost myself.
